The Alano Club of San Jose has been an asset to the community for fifty years, please help it grow and continue to be a source of pride for our community for another fifty. Be a dues paying member.

Benefits: Members receive reduced rates on all food purchases and special events. The pool and game rooms are for members only. Additionally, certain events are limited to members only. Members have input to club operations and services by their vote at general meetings as well as the ability to communicate directly with the club manager and various service boards. The greatest benefit of membership is the joy of giving back what was so freely given to us. Recall our first days at the club, when we felt insecure, and alone. Many of us had no family to turn to, no other place to go, yet the club was there for us. It is a privilege and a joy to help keep the doors open so that those who follow behind us on the path to recovery may find such a place. Remember that YOU make a difference and that we all need each other. Please help keep the club doors open by giving your time and money.
  1. Monthly membership contributions are due by the first of every month. Failure to make payment within the ten-day grace period will result in your Club membership becoming delinquent, and you will be subsequently charged regular non-member rates. If for some reason you can't pay your dues and wish to remain a member in good standing please contact the manager and work out a plan to keep your membership current by some volunteer work. We need you!
  2. When you pay your dues, it is applied to the specific month for which you owe. This can work forward or backward depending on your calendar standing.
  3. New members that join on or after the 20th day of the month will receive the remainder of that month free of charge and the next calendar month. New members that join before the 20th of the month will be credited for that month only.
  4. Your membership is Non- Transferable.
  5. We have provided a suggestion box at the Club and welcome your ideas as well as your concerns. Leave a name and mailing address on the suggestion if you would like a personal reply.
