Text Box: Was reminded today how precious life, love, and relationships are! Was reminded today how short life, love, and relationships can be! The more we are aware of this fact, and continuously strive to embrace this truth, the richer our lives will be for it! The way I was reminded of this truth was in an unfortunate way, by losing someone, that had once touched my life dramatically, profoundly, and most of all lovingly! In as many ways that it was sad, the same amount of ways it brought peace and joy. The sadness started with the knowledge of the loss of my friend and the sickness he had gone through, and not knowing whether he had a friend to help him endure everything that goes with that. And the peace came from being at the funeral and hearing that he had been surrounded by friends and family and did not go through it alone. Was reminded today how precious life, love, and relationships are! Was reminded today how short life, love, and relationships can be! The more we are aware of this fact, and continuously strive to embrace this truth, the richer our lives will be in the end! In Loving Remembrance of Rick Silva who was taken from us on Sept. 22, 2005.
